Clinical Trial

A double-blind placebo-controlled clinical trial with Relora® was completed in January 2004. The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of Relora® in overweight women who typically eat more in stressful situations. Twenty-eight subjects completed the study and Relora® was well tolerated.     My body looks stupid :( I'm 5"2 and 110 pounds. i have the shape where my upper body is wider than my lower body instead of the other way around. I have small hips and a V shape. That would have been hot if I were a GUY, but I'm a girl and girls are suppose to have wide hips and narrow upper bodies and I feel terrible because I can't fix it.     Hi Yulissa, perhaps you want to look into the food you are eating? Belly fat has a lot to do with what we consume. So eat healthy and balance food will help. Incorporate total body workout with abs exercises to tone it up. You've gotta give it time to see the difference. At least 6 weeks, keep doing abs workout 3 times a week after that. =).
    Hi I am an A framed shape- I am 5"4 and weigh 117-118 lbs I am trying to get my legs to be smaller, I am a runner so they are 21 inches around and mostly muscle.     Hi Marissa, I think your weight is fine with your height. I'm almost 5"3 and I'm 110lbs. I believe your leg muscles are contributing to the weight as well so I wouldn't be too worry about it because I bet your legs are toned. 21 inches is a really good size. Perhaps you can focus on some exercises on your hips area instead? Honestly, I think you are in great shape! =).

    Hi Selin, what's your height and weight? Yes, it is true that the slimmer you are and the less you want to lose, it take much longer because there's less body fat to burn. I've been in your position as well. My suggestion is to keep doing the workout and eat healthy, don't worry to much about your weight, because over time, the weight will drop naturally. It's about how you feel, sometimes you might not drop much in weight, but you will drop in dress size. =).
    I'm oval.But,I have hip problems and can't do intense workouts.Lunges and squates are a NO NO.I've already had to have one hip operated on a year ago.And it still hurts if I workout hard.My other hip is starting to hurt more(hoping I don't have to get it worked on).And I have IBS/Colitis with major food allergies.I'm still in the process of finding out what foods I can and can't eat.     Hi Ashely, definitely take it easy. I would get the doctors recommendation on safe exercises for you. Swimming might be a good one as it's supported and safe but effective in burning fat at the same time. As for nutrition, reducing portion sizes would help. =).

    We just got a pool like 3 weeks ago.     Hi Joanna. According to your video I'm an oval frame. I haven't always been big but now, at 27, I'm at the heaviest I've ever been in my adult life. As a child and part of my teenage years I used to take medicine for my ADD... at the same time this medicine also controlled how much I ate and my metabolism. Now all my weight seems to go to my face, upper arms and midsection ( lower abs and lower back/love handles). I guess I could be described as in between pear and rectangle shape. In regards to losing more, sometimes the scales are just numbers, you need to feel comfortable in your body without being too obsess with the numbers. So start loving yourself. =) You can workout on your period if you don't have stomach cramp. If you do, then rest for a day. All the best!

    Hi Timothy, start with some easy moves like an hour walk a day, or swimming / cycling. You can try my "Best Beginner Workouts". Losing weight is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise. So it's important to start a healthy meal plan and control the food portion. Try watching my "Full Meal Plan" for that. Remember to take the workout at your own pace and slowly develop your strength. The starting point is always the hardest, but START, set yourself a goal and finish it. It'll be worth it! =).

    Okay, I think I am a ruler :) I don't gain weight easily at all, but I do want to tone up and accentuate my waist (it is about 6-8" smaller than my hips and bust depending on the bulk of my clothes).
